In Client site, as technical assistants and in immersion with your teams, our employees realize the services entrusted to them by exploiting their skills and experience increased by their previous projects and the support if necessary of ELITEAM team.
HYBRIDE DELIVERY MODEL
Composed of a small team (or even a single Eliteam referent) on customer site and a team in our Competency center, this plan allows to realize services needed by the customer with proximity while associating the possibility to transfer in the back-office activity peaks or standardized work.
This organization is transparent for the client as its steering effort is supported by the ELITEAM referent at the customer’s location.
